4 . Settings

4-1 . Basic setting

Hold 3H button down more than 3 seconds to go into the setting for basic setting.
The watch tells "Start Setting".
Announce a volume first which is set currently.
Press 2H button in each setting to change values.
Press 3H button each, the setting items are changed order by volume, chimes, hour format.
*4H Button cannot be operated.
Press 3H button in the setting of hour format to come out of the setting mode.
The watch tells "Setting completed".

Middle right button is 3H button. Upper right button is 2H button.

How to change the values in each setting item

The values in each setting item change by pressing 2H button each.

1.Volume

When the volume setting is selected, it reads out any one of Loud volume, Medium volume or Low volume as it is selected currently.

Sequence of volume setting. 'Loud', 2H button, 'Medium', 2H button, 'Low', 2H button, and return to 'Loud'.

The low volume is whisper voice.

When the 3H button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the setting is complete after telling 'setting complete'.

Press 3H button to next setting.

2.Chime

When the chime is selected, it reads out either of chime ON or chime OFF as it is selected currently.

Sequence of the chime setting. 'ON', 2H button, 'OFF', 2H button, and return to 'ON'.

The chime also stops during silent mode.

When the 3H button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the setting is complete after telling 'setting complete'.

Press 3H button to next setting.

3.Hour format

When the hour format is selected, it reads out either of 12 hour or 24 hour as it is selected currently.

Sequence of the hour format setting. '12 hour', 2H button, '24 hour', 2H button, and return to '12 hour'.

If 12 hour is set, it announces AM or PM after the time.

Press 3H button to complete the setting mode.

4-2 . Language and time zone settings

*Operating with taking off the watch.

Hold 8H button down more than 3 seconds to go into the setting for language and time zone.
The watch tells "Language and time difference".
Announce a language first which is set currently.
Press 2H button or 4H button in each setting to change values.
Press 3H button to move to time zone setting.
Announce a current time zone which is set currently.
Press 3H button to complete the setting.
The watch tells "Setting complete" in a language which is set finaly.

Lower bottom button is 8H button. Upper right button is 2H button. Lower right button is 4H button.

How to change the values in each setting item

The values in each setting item change by pressing 2H button or 4H button each.

1. Language

When the language is selected, it reads out any one of 日本語（Japanese）, English, 中文（Chinese）, Español（Espanol）,हिन्दी （Hindi）or 한국（hangul） as it is selected currently.

The setting items and the values are announced by the language is selected.

Sequence of the language setting. 'Japanese', 2H or 4H button, 'English', 2H or 4H button, 'Chinese', 2H or 4H button, 'Spanish', 2H or 4H button, 'Hindi', 2H or 4H button, 'Korean', 2H button, and return to 'Japanese'

The language is set local language immidiately. So if you miss your understanding of meanings, please operate again from holding down 8H button first, then change the language suitable for you.

When the 3H button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the setting is completed after telling 'setting complete'.

Press 3H button to next setting.

2. Time zone

When the time zone is selected, it reads out any one of a value of time zone as it is selected currently.

Sequence of the time zone setting. 'plus 9', 2H button, 'plus 9.5', 2H button, 'plus 10', The values change every time you press the 2H button.

You can refer the time zone table at the section 5 in the chapter 1, 'Time difference table from UTC'. It can not be set a time zone which is nothing on that table.

Go to Time difference table from UTC.

Press 3H button down to complete the language and time zone setting.

4-3 . Hands calibration mode

Hands calibration is only necessary after battery replacement or if a time is not correct even after receiving GNSS signals.

Hold 3H button down more than 3 seconds to go into the basic setting mode.
Hold 8H button down more than 3 seconds while in basic setting mode.
The watch tells "hands calibration".
The hour and minute hands move to the home position 12:00 minutes.If the hands do not overlap at just 12:00, it is required hand calibration.
Press 2H button to rotate the hour hand one memory by one memory.
Press 4H button to rotate the minute hand one memory by one memory.
Hold each button down each to rotate continuously.

Sequence figure of the hands calibration mode. It starts from nomal mode. Hold 3H button down. Enter the basic setting mode. Hold 8H button down. It splits into two figures, unnecessary calibration and necessary calibration. On the figure of unnecessary calibration, all the hands overlap at just 12 position. On the figure of necessary calibration, both hands are slightly off from 12 position. *The hands position for necessary calibration is an example.

Calibration for hour hand

The hour hand is slightly off from 12 position. Press 2H button down to calibrate. Upper right button is 2H button.

Recommended the way of operation

Since the hour hand just slightly shifts in the past from the 12 o'clock position, press the 2H button one time by one time to adjust it on the just 12 o'clock position.

Calibration for minute hand

The minute hand is slightly off from 12 position. Press 4H button down to calibrate. Lower right button is 4H button.

Recommended the way of operation

Since the minute hand slightly passes the 12 o'clock position, hold 4H button down to rotate continuously. Stop just before 12 o'clock position at once. Press 4H button one time by one time to adjust it on the just 12 o'clock position.
