6 . Trouble shooting
6-1 . Cannot receive GNSS signals
GNSS signals can only be received outdoors. Receive GNSS signals outdoors. Even outdoors, reception may not be possible in areas surrounded by high-rise buildings or near radio towers, where radio waves are easily disturbed.
6-2 . The hands shift even when reception of GNSS signals success.
The hands may be out of alignment; refer to the hands calibration mode at the section 3 in the chapter 4 to try resetting the hands.
Check your local time zone (UTC) and make sure that the time zone on your watch is set correctly.
6-3 . Illuminance sensor is different from actual brightness
The brightness that can be measured by the illuminance sensor is affected by the tilt of the dial. Even in sunny conditions, if the dial is facing the ground or covered by a sleeve, the expected results may not be obtained. And also it may be affected by the solar angle and the seasons.
6-4 . I can no longer hear the audio.
Check to see if silent mode or low volume (whisper volume) is set. Silent mode can be released by pressing and holding the 4H button. Also, please check the basic settings at the section 1 in chapter 4 to switch the volume.
6-5 . Inside the glass fogs up.
There is a possibility of moisture contamination. Discontinue use immediately and contact the manufacturer for repair.
