7-1 . Warranty Provisions

1. If the product malfunctions during the warranty period under normal use in accordance with the instruction manual, it will be repaired or adjusted free of charge. If the product is not repairable, our responsibility and action under the warranty provisions will be limited to replacement with a product of the same type or equivalent value as the product you purchased.

2. Repair will be charged for the following cases even within the warranty period.

• Malfunction or damage caused by improper handling, such as transportation or moving after purchase.
• Malfunction or damage due to misuse, abuse, or careless handling.
• Malfunction or damage caused by improper repair or modification.
• Scratches, abrasion of surface treatment, or other changes in appearance (case, glass, crown, band, etc.) resulting from use
• Malfunction due to abnormal environment such as abnormal salt, toxic gas, steam, or high heat.
• Malfunction due to battery leakage and battery replacement.
• Malfunction or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, other natural disasters, or abnormal voltage
• Malfunction or damage without a warranty card or without the date of purchase, customer name, and dealer's seal on the warranty card, or in the event that the wording of the card has been changed

3. Please note that some substitute parts may be used during repair.

4. The customer is responsible for transportation costs to bring the repaired item(s) back to the factory, as well as for shipping costs and other related expenses.

5. Please be careful not to lose your warranty card as it will not be reissued.

6. A record of the repair will be made on the repair slip.
